If our engineer is dispatched to your factory, all the cost incurred by the dispatch will be on your side and 60usd per day salary in addation.

Our Machinery is Fully Automatic and very stable, So the speed is very fast and stable, we suggest 20m per minute for first half year during Run-in period. After that the normal speed is 25m per minute. If in very urgent situation. you can run 30m per minute this is our design speed limit.

The virtue of our Main Former is stable and the distance of each roller is our valuable experience, this is our exclusive technology. If the roller distance too close or too far, when machine commissioning it will be difficult and if too close, the incremental forming will be faster and it is not good for the end product. So the current Forming line is just good and actually even we shorten the distance of the roller, it can not save much space, at most 1-2meters. Considering the T bar quality, the current distance is just good to make gradual incremental forming.

Yes but not totally, for Light Steel stud and track, If it is just the width difference, our engineer can all the steel cushion to make difference size, such as 50×25 and 75x25mm, or else the different size must be produced on different machinery.
Our previous machinery is not with the waste conducting groove, in recent years, we add the groove on the punching system both sides for the punching waste. And in 2015, we add the rollers for smooth moving.

Because the FUT Main Tee and 1200mm Cross Tee have the gap and hole punching at the same time, if head lock also on the production line, we can’t use our Flying Cutting off system and must stop to punch separately, which will affect the speed of production and the cost also high than the semi-automatic, so for customer benefit, we can don’t recommend, but 600mm Cross Tee Bar will not this issue, we can do the Fully Automatic with Flying Cutting off system.
Yes we can use Worm Wheel Gearbox on our production line and if for cost-sensitive market, I don’t recommend, which will increase some cost, but don’t worry our Gear transmission technology is as well as the Worm wheel Gearbox but Worm wheel Gearbox will be the trend in the future
